Return Policy
We pride ourselves on offering some of the best pieces you can find and customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept returns on unworn, undamaged, and unaltered items for store credit or exchanges within 5 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification.
To initiate a return or exchange please send an email to sales@flutterbydreams.com. A rep will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
- Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving the item
- Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes or pouches or gifts with purchase.
- FINAL SALE items may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged. In order to offer you the highest discount possible, all sale items must be final.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges. If an item is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from credited amount.
- Please take extra care when packing fragile products to ensure they will not be damaged in transit.
If we do not receive your return package as described above we reserve the right to refuse your return.
